Having had the opportunity to view your property, we have considered the items which we would be prepared to refurbish and improve, and listed them below. These will come at no expense to you whatsoever and the value which we add 

to your property will be yours to keep, as we’ll maintain this high level throughout the duration of our agreement. Clearly, and with the greatest of respect, any works would be agreed beforehand.
